Project Details

A first generation BTR scheme developed by Nikal and forward funded by LaSalle Investment Management in 2016.

As Residential Transactions Director at LaSalle from 2015-2019, Eldridge Faraday founder Tom was instrumental in sourcing and underwriting the project, negotiating directly with Nikal as well as their retained sale agents.

The project which comprised 603 homes with concierge, tenants lounge, gym and roof terrace was completed in December 2019.
