A first generation BTR scheme developed by Renaker and purchased by LaSalle Investment Management in 2016.
As the previous residential transactions director at LaSalle, our director Tom was instrumental in identifying the opportunity off market, underwriting the transaction and agreeing the deal terms for this pioneering development.
Comprising of 497 no. one and two bedroom homes, this was one of the first BTR schemes of scale outside London.
